dc.description.abstract	Throughout this paper we introduce the concept of prime ideals, maximalideals and bi - ideals in - near - rings obtaining some characterizations and theirlinks. We introduce that if M is - near - ring which for a M exists an elementwhich is - unit then every maximal ideal I of M is prime ideal.
