dc.description.abstract During this digital era, the demand for management systems, websites and application has been increasing more and more because they serve as a technology solution for businesses. In order to be able to develop these kind of tools come in help development teams or third party-vendors. Nowadays, the low code and no-development platforms are introduced as one of the latest approach for development. This thesis analyzes the benefits and downfalls of LC/NC platforms compared to most commonly known traditional coding such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc. The study shows that these recent platforms are pursued quickly and require no more than basic programming skills, leading to a being better solution for businesses. On the other hand, LC/NC platforms limitations are covered and how they affect businesses and the overall functionality of the application. By examining the impact of LC/NC platforms on businesses, users and developers in contrast to more conventional programming, this master thesis provides an overview of two different coding approaches ensuring that the reader makes a better decision on which approach to use to meet the project goal and requirements. en_US
