dc.description.abstract Public areas and sports facilities need well-designed architecture to promote local social interaction and physical exercise. Fields, parks, playgrounds, and recreation centers make up this infrastructure. These spaces serve as gathering places for people to socialize and feel a sense of belonging. These areas are crucial for creating thriving, amiable, and dynamic cities that improve the quality of life for their citizens. These spaces enhance a city's personality, therefore factors like their design, effect on the neighborhood, and user comfort are becoming more and more important. The goal of designing public places with sustainability in mind is to reduce adverse environmental effects while maximizing beneficial social effects. Furthermore, because these neighborhoods' aesthetic appeal reflects both local history and contemporary design ideas, it adds to the city's cultural identity. The design and upkeep of these areas affect the social dynamics of a city, which in turn affects how people interact with one another and their environment. The significance of sport architecture and public places in social revitalization is often overlooked in Albania, particularly in Paskuqan, Tirana. The purpose of this study is to increase understanding of their importance for the advancement of history, society, and economy. To demonstrate the possible advantages of funding well-thought-out public areas, this paper offers effective case studies from different cities. The methodology comprises data collection, historical study, and design suggestions for Paskuqan public spaces and sports facilities that are environmentally conscious. To rejuvenate the neighborhood, the suggested designs will incorporate social, economic, and cultural components while abiding by modern norms. This study demonstrates the potential importance of well-designed public spaces and neglected sports architecture for revitalization of neighborhoods such as Paskuqan, Tirana. It highlights the ways in which they encourage community involvement, sustainable urban development, and the strengthening of local identity. en_US
