dc.description.abstract The world is overwhelmed by technological and social innovations, but it seems that never before has the business world paid more attention to the well-being and happiness of employees than now. Technological developments are threatening the workforce, but new leadership seems to have come up with an unexpected approach to increase communication and efficiency in the team by paying extraordinary attention to employee well-being. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship and direct impact of open youth leadership with female employee happiness, corporate culture and female employee satisfaction. In a developing country like Albania which faces deep economic, political and social transition problems, it seems that such topics have not received the attention they deserve, however, the leadership of the new generation shows a special interest in the fair treatment of female employees as a success strategy for the business performance. The number of research observations is 84 volunteer female employees employed in companies in different industries led by new leadership. Reliability analysis (Cronbach’s Alpha) and sampling adequacy tests (KMO and Bartlett) were used to validate the measurement scales. Composite variables were then computed by averaging item scores for each construct, and multiple linear regression was applied to analyze relationships. This study can help not only researchers, but also entrepreneurs to reflect on their leadership approaches. en_US
