dc.description.abstract Reforms in Albania are developed at positive side in many fields of the right. Radicalreforms are developed in educational sector, in public sector also in the private one. Our societyhas shown interest in learning and the private section has been responded well in this. The success in the educational field has been analyzed in one institution (Thedirectory of the public relation in the council of ministry for a period of years) where the people present their complaints of any nature, that belong to different areas of the law. From the research work in this institution, reclaims in the educational field are minimal and t with other fields and we see that the biggest problem are in the ownership right. These problems need solution and the solution demands capacity, competence, qualified people, lawyers, brave experts and we must search the bases of this qualification in the programs of law universities in the our universities. We refer to the right property, a subject which is treated in law faculties, but insome of them it is placed as a separate subject, distributing this way the program inother subjects. It is very important to compose the curriculum with content, in a way torespond to requirements of students and current developments of the country. In thiscase, ownership property is a subject that should be developed as separate subject, for its'role and importance.
